Very friendly and helpful. We were looking everywhere for uphilstry supplies for one if my projects. Very accomidating services, been with this storage fscility for a few years now. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH HOW CLEAN AND DRY THERE UNITS ARE, The owners are kind, and most friendly as well as supper patient and understanding. I would recommend there storage to anyone that would need and place to keep there items dry safe and sucure at all times.I would not go anywhere else ever! Last spring was the first time I drove from Vancouver to Kelowna, and forgot to fill up on fuel before getting on the Coquihalla. Of course we ran out of gas on the most treacherous stretch of the hwy without service. We are so extremely grateful to Richard Umpherville from VSA for saving us! Have been meaning to spread the good word about this company for some time. Amazing service, polite, helpful, refused payment. 100% recommend calling these guys in time of need. Thanks again Richard.

Service above and beyond, they serviced our fireplace in the off season, 6 months later a part malfunctioned,they came out within 6 hrs of phone call and fixed. Did not charge for service call and only charged for part. True professionals. DALE AND DIANE SAHALI TERRACE.
