Every single person in this office is amazing! I have never been happy leaving the dentist before and for the first time in my life I did. Dr. Fawzi is very patient and takes the time to explain everything so that it is easier for us non dental people to understand. The two girls at the front desk are some of the nicest people I have ever met. I’m so glad I found this hidden gem!!

once again Richard saves the day! Had my Tiguan in for oil change and check engine light FLASHING !!!! Scary! FIXED ! And through all this nasty cold snap (longest since 1998-and not done yet) she has amazed me just by starting! I called on Friday to book an appt. for next week for my non-emergency issue. I have a 2nd bathroom & thought that Ye Olde may be busy with other calls. The lady was really helpful & not knowing what the day would bring, offered to call me next week & discuss appt. times. Later that day, Ali showed up & asked if today would be okay & it was. I called Cliffs Towing after my car broke down. Before the tow truck arrived, I found out that I could restart the car. However, I decided to wait for the tow truck in case the car broke down again. When the tow truck arrived, I explained the situation and the truck driver, Naveed, said that he would follow behind me as I drove my car to the garage. After I got to the garage, Naveed talked to his dispatcher and they decided that since they did not touch my vehicle, there would be no charge!

Well organised, prompt, friendly and excellent service. The cat spay went very well, on time & there were pages of after care to implement at home, and post surgery complications to watch for. The cat was ready and waiting when I arrived to pick her up. Great experience!
