I've been to a couple different therapists at Everest Therapeutics and they are fantastic. Depending on the type of massage you need you can find what you need at Everest from deep tissue massage to cranial sacral. From sports massage to lymphatic drainage. Recently, I had a massage with Reshad Etminan, who has worked with the BC Lion's and Whitecaps. He is excellent at deep tissue/sports massage. The reception team is friendly and knowledgeable.... give them a call to find the right RMT for you

Europe Lock & Key saved our bacon! I was using our only key for our Mercedes for a pry, and snapped it in half! No backup key!! He was able to recreate a key from two twisted halves! The financial nightmare of re-keying a MB avoided! He was skeptical that it would work...... but it did! A fantastic resolution to a potentially expensive lesson of always having a copy of an important key. A .50 cent screwdriver makes a much better pry, all McGyver aspirations aside!

Myles was my contact person. He was super quick to respond to emails, and explained how the process worked very clearly over the phone. I've never had to have a legal document served before, so I really appreciated his patience in explaining it to me. He had my document served quicker than I had expected with no hiccups. If I ever have to have a legal document served again, I'd use Myles.

Fred Automotive gets my definite thumbs up for perservernce and integrity. They were recommended to me by another shop that had closed down and it proved to be a sound recommendation. This is the best violin shop in Vancouver. I found here the largest selection of fiddles, all handcrafted in Romania. Wonderful craftsmanship, exquisite wood, amazing sound. Each violin sounds different, true, but with such a large selection is impossible not to find one you love. I left the store with an amazing maestro bird's eye violin. To my surprise, I loved the Guarneri sound the best. Cami is the most patient person on Earth and she really knows how to guide you when selecting a violin.

Roxanne makes the best dang gluten-free bread I've ever eaten. If I eat it prudently, there is no negative impact at all. And I pick it up fresh and warm from the oven right at the bakery. Thx Jim and Roxanne for the quality and the friendly service!
