Great haircut but unfortunately a brush was pulled out of a drawer used to blow dry my daughters hair and a few days later she has a lice out break. There was absolutely no way she got it anywhere else as we don't leave home in the summer and hadn't been around other people. Certain it was from there. It's really too bad because they did an excellent job but won't be going back. Hopefully they will start to Soak their brushes between every use and change their barbecide more often ?

Chris has this amazing talent of listening to what I want done with my hair and making it happen. My curly hair has never been happier!

And she has TONES of product! My favourite part of leaving the salon is with fresh hair and fresh products to love it with!

Jeffrey and Raven are my stylists of choice. They are super efficient, really friendly, and full of personality. What I loved most of all, of course, was the quality of the cut I got. I used to use a barber downtown but no longer! Zoom is a little pricier than what I paid but worth every penny!
