Once again I have need of a truck rental. Last year I approached Cheryl McRoberts at the 170 Barton St E office and she went over and above my expectations! I was totally blown away at the timely, efficient and exceptional honesty she handled my truck rental start to finish. She completely took all of my worries away and I was able to concentrate on my business. I don't have to second guess where my future rentals will be sourced , if Carter's has a truck I will get it from them(Cheryl!). Thx!!

I just purchased a motor mount from the Parkdale store and they saved me over $60 from what I was originally quoted and over $200 from what the garage quoted me for a repair job there. I have purchased parts from them in the past and have been entirely happy with their price and service everytime.

Peter and Vince and all their staff are the best group to have near when it comes to your vehicle. Especially if you don't know a lot about cars. They treat you with honesty and respect , never trickery. I've come to trust them to look after me and my car completely in the past year because they haven't let me down. Today they managed to put a smile on my sad little face with their generosity and I thank them so much for that.
