I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.

Very friendly family run business with great customer service and the most competitive product price and delivery cost. I called 15 event specialists and AYS had the lowest price by far. Everything was promptly delivered on event day, I received a message as soon as it was done and best of all, when I arrived at the venue, everything was already set up for us. The service was just so convenient, I really recommend using AYS to ensure your special event is a success.
