I have been dealing with this location Rona for the past 16+ years. I have had a few minor incidence but nothing to worry about( don’t sweat the small stuff). The staff are great to deal with, they spend time to explain the products. Cashiers, stocking, product counter, returns as well as the yard staff are all great.

The The Shop was incredible to work with! I had outstanding customer service from everyone I spoke with. The showroom had beautiful samples to pick from and they were able to accomodate my timeline. Over the last 10 years, Tydan has enhanced our property by creating a Koi pond complete with waterfall and landscaping of the backyard, building walkways, and completely redesigning our front yard.
