A huge thank you to Angelo in service who went over and above to help me with the engine code light on my Tucson. Without having an appointment he told me to come in so he can scan my vehicle. He did this in the parking lot and not only scanned it but told me what the issue was and cleared the fault code all in about 5 minutes. I was relieved it wasn’t anything serious and that he did the fix so I go drive home. Outstanding customer service!!!!!

We were looking to replace our aging 2007 Dodge Caliber, also purchased at Bay King, with a newer vehicle. After considering several options we decided on a 2017 Jeep Compass. Krystal was fantastic & took care of all the details and treated us like old friends.
