I took my car in after purchase as it seemed the wheel balance was off. When I picked it up they were quick and honest about a small scratch they put in the rim while balancing. Very happy they were up front about it

Always a great experience. The service team @ Southside Dodge always makes me feel welcome, comfortable & respected. I never feel silly for asking questions about my vehicle & I’m always given intelligent answers I understand. Some dealers make me feel dumb for asking questions & treat me like I’m an idiot for asking/not knowing. The staff @ Southside always explain things in a way I understand while making me feel respected & valued. & they are enjoyable 2 chat with while waiting. Thanks guys!!

I had a great experience. The finance department was able to get me out of my extremely high interest loan and into a 2017 vehicle. The service was great. The salesman was polite and well versed. He knew what he was talking about and answered any questions I had. Recommended 100%

Had wheels changed and some
Upgraded brakes put on my 2023 corvette at Palliser and as always they did a great job for a great price. Have referred my father to them for his most recent purchase and he is happy as can be as well. Great experience buying and with service. Can’t say enough good things about Palliser.
