I had a car rental at this company in last week, I got a VW Jetta, and so surprise that they provide a new car to me which is 2014 series. The sales service is so patient as well. I also found that they have luxury car too (e.g. BMW and Benz). I will go to try a lux. car next time....

It was a good experience purchasing my new 2019 GMC Sierra from Preston GM. The sales person Henry Mieszkalski was exceptional to deal with. He was very willing to listen and to help me negotiate a fair price for my new truck. I was very happy with the price that we settled on and felt that it was a good deal. This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO!

I CAN'T SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH ABOUT THE FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE I RECEIVED WHEN I TOOK MY 2007 TOYOTA MATRIX TO THE KP AUTO BODY SHOP WITH DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT FRONT BUMPER AND SCRATCHES TO THE ENTIRE RIGHT SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. THE CAR WAS RETURNED TO ME LOOKING LIKE IT WAS BRAND NEW. THANK YOU KP STAFF.
