Excellent group of folks. No bs. Very reasonable and they have been in town forever. I’ve had a few cars looked after by them as I tend to run them into the ground. They do an excellent job.

Vehicle broke down in Barrie on a Friday morning when I arrived from out of town. My parents and spouse had used Marshall's in the past and were satisfied with the service so I contacted their office and explained my situation. I run a small business up north therefore had to be back on Sunday. They asked if I could bring the vehicle in right away and leave it with them. They had already started pricing parts before I arrived to expedite the repair process. Within 2 hours I received a call to advise that my truck was ready for pick up. My bill was fair and reasonable for the parts and labour completed on very short notice. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. Amazing service! I brought my car up from Toronto to have my air conditioning fixed. The price was great. The service top notch. No upselling to me as I have experienced at other car repair locations. I have no hesitation in planning to bring my car back again! Peter and his team are the best!
