Today April 4 2019 I went to the Orillia Home Depot to get replacement tiles for flooring I purchased approximately 4-5 years ago to find out that the Allure brand was not available in store or on the Internet. I was sent to the flooring department and sat down with Lawrence a part-time employee who went above and beyond to help me. After over an hour of him searching and making phones calls he did it. John and his crew are stupendous! Professional, courteous and extremely efficient. Those boys work hard to complete the task and don’t cut corners. 6 of us went to Memories Restaurant for my birthday celebration. The atmosphere is great, they had a fun trivia game going for those who wanted to participate in the bar/lounge area and the restaurant seating area is open and welcoming. Our server Samantha was very attentive and was able to answer all our questions about our meal choices. Our meals were so wonderful and very flavorful, the taste is something to experience. They go above and beyond with the meals. I cant wait to go back!

Juan came to fix my toilet, as it was plugged. I needed a new one. He left to buy the toilet and accessories to complete the job. He came back in a timely manner. Completed the job, cleaned up the area and took the old toilet away. I was quite satisfied, as we are seniors and could not have done this work ourselves. I also like the fact that all leaks are covered. He was also very knowledgeable and explained everything to me, step by step. Thank you Drain Rescue Plumbers.
