I wanted to thank Gordon H. Service technician for Cambridge area for doing an excellent job of replacing my sump pump. I received same day service from Hy Pro following the September rain storm. Gordon went above and beyond. He even helped pour my bucketed water into the sump pump basin. The new pump was well tested. Thanks for helping out and relieving our anxiety over our mini flood. Highly recommend ?

Excellent library and awesome collection. Free wifi, neat cafeteria and cozy reading space. They have meeting rooms too for privacy. And the best part is, it's free. Even you can rent DVD's for free. What else one can ask more?

I’ve always had a great experience here! Affordable tools and supplies, as well as so many random and speciality items. Had to return a dewalt heater with no hassle, new one worked perfect. Amazing customer service. They responded to my e-mail in less than 1 Hr and quoted within 1:30Hr Min. They use ultra purified water for their window cleaning. Windows looked better than when they were new. They also clean the exterior trim when they clean your windows. They cleaned my front door and my garage door complimentary.

Our daughter wanted a Shopkins themed birthday party and not one Party store in Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener or Waterloo had Shopkins themed party supplies! Victoria Party Store had some but not all of what we needed so the owner Bina Patel drove to Toronto to get everything we needed for party favours and decorations! Amazing customer service and they have 100% of our business going forward for all of our party supplies! Thanks Bina!:)
