It isn't easy, finding someone you can do the hard stuff and trust that they Show You The Way. I've been in and out of therapy since my teens. Some I fired. Some I gave blind faith. Some were probably good but I know too much and gave them a good fight. Some the timing was off or their goals didn't work with mine. I've been blessed with two who GOT me, got it. A few years ago I had injured my lower back playing hockey. I could barely walk and after seeing my Doctor, who prescribed me pain killers and anti inflammatory meds, I was seeing no progress. I was referred to Dr.Elkin who after an initial examination which included a scan and ex-ray began my treatment. Within two weeks of treatment I was able to run again and had no set backs. Great new eco store on James St South Hamilton. The owner was very helpful and I was very impressed with the bulk refill station they have. They will refill your empty containers with eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap and softener, they even have bulk bubble bath and the prices are great.

I reached out to ABC rentals to get pricing on renting china, cutlery and incidentals for my daughters baby shower I spoke with Carrie who was very helpful. I called other stores to compare prices and without a doubt ABC was the most reasonable. I was also so impressed with Carrie’s customer service that I went with ABC. I went to the store and choose my items and added a few surprises. I left the store feeling very good with my decision
