Since starting hypnosis, I’ve noticed that I am more focused in my day to day activities. I am mindful of my eating choices. I’ve cut out coffee, sodas & snacks. I am already down a clothing size after 6 weeks. At a recent conference, instead of my usual anxieties & negative self judgements, I was able to just focus on being interested in others. Great service at a time we needed it most. Flood waters stormed our basement and hit our furnace. I called Hy-Pro and the next day on a Saturday they were in and had the furnace up and going. Also pointed out and fixed some fittings and valves that werent to code. Thanks again guys
