On Jan 31st, a burst water pipe was the result of the bitter cold that visited Hamilton. I watched the water pour down and around a kitchen window, onto the counter and floor. I turned the main off and called Plumbwize. Stu arrived within an hour. He quickly and efficiently replaced a section of copper pipe and repaired another dripping pipe, near the first. The price was reasonable and the service was great. I highly recommend this company and plumber, Stu. A. Donaghue

Franks Tree Service provided prompt and excellent service. They did everything necessary for the removal of our 7 large trees, two of them being huge multi-limb Manitoba Maples, from our backyard. Everything about the removal was meticulous - cutting of tree, cutting it into the logs, shredding, etc. Nothing was left to chance. This job was not an easy one. Anywhere from manoeuvring around in tight spaces to hydro wires & neighbours fences. I would definitely recommend them.

It isn't easy, finding someone you can do the hard stuff and trust that they Show You The Way. I've been in and out of therapy since my teens. Some I fired. Some I gave blind faith. Some were probably good but I know too much and gave them a good fight. Some the timing was off or their goals didn't work with mine. I've been blessed with two who GOT me, got it. These guys are truly amazing and they saved my day! I couldnt build a shed on the original spot after talking to the cement guys; the new spot required me to cut down a big branch of an old tree as it was completely in the way of the shed. I already arranged a shed building company to build the shed in a few days. I called almost a dozen arborists on Sunday afternoon, nobody answered their phones except Total Tree Care. They came in next morning to finish the job at a very reasonable rate.

Amazing customer service. They responded to my e-mail in less than 1 Hr and quoted within 1:30Hr Min. They use ultra purified water for their window cleaning. Windows looked better than when they were new. They also clean the exterior trim when they clean your windows. They cleaned my front door and my garage door complimentary.
