My elderly parents wanted to keep in touch with family abroad but had no idea how to use a computer never mind email or Facebook. Kathy McServices offered packages to suit their needs. Not only do they now surf the web, they send emails and keep in contact with family via Facebook and are delighted. Kathy put them at ease immediately, talked to them about what they would like to do, designed a package, had immense patience and was a pleasure to have as tutor and confidant we are so grateful.
