I have dealt with Ken and Dean at Stony TV for 20 plus years. I've always had a great experience. They are extremely knowledgable on the products and are more than willing to spend as much time as necessary with their customers to make sure they are making an informed decision when making a purchase. Anything I have ever bought was either on time or if it was on back order from the manufacturer, I was notified and offered alternatives. I highly recommend them for any appliance, TV, home theatre needs!

TALKED WITH ONE OF THE TECHS ABOUT A REPAIRMAN AND EVEN THOUGH THEY DONT SUPPLY THEM, HE WAS WILLING TOI DISCUSS THE MODEL AND ISSUE AND WITHIN MINUTES HIS KNOWLEDGE AND HELPFULNESS HAS SAVED ME A COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS IN DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR. Leduc Canadian tire showed exceptional service to my family and business for many years. A few weeks ago, I experienced problems with my company truck and brought it to Canadian tire in Leduc. They 100% delivered on their promises, kept me informed every day on the ongoing progress and the General Manager (Joe) personally overviewed the whole process.
