Excellent work on our shower door by Johnson Glass & Mirror. They responded very quickly to my inquiry and arrived on a Saturday morning to analyze the problem and fix my misaligned door and glass panels. Expert and reasonably priced work done by a professional who really knew how to solve our problem. An exchange of digital pictures was a very simple way to see what they could do for me. I had all of the windows in my house replaced by Kempenfelt Windows. I was impressed off the bat when the President of the company came to give me the initial quote. He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean. We were very pleased by the timely service, John gave us an estimated time when are doors would be ready. He showed up on time for installation. He was very professional and gave us everything that was in the contract. Friendly personnel and very clean and tidy.

We hired NorthShield to replace a number of windows in the house. We got a very competitive quote, but what's more important we got an outstanding service. The installers showed up exactly when promised, did an excellent job, they worked fast and left no trash behind. In addition, they answered all my questions about the materials they used, installation process and proper maintenance. I was looking to install shutters to one of the bedrooms in the house and I found Preferred Window Covering in yellowpages and I felt that these guys are professional and they have good quality shutters and I was right, they were so professional and their prices are reasonable so instead of doing one bedroom I did two bedrooms. Although this location is not close to my home, I just would not go to any other location. When I come through the door I always feel welcome by the staff. If I have questions they always have good answers. Today, I need to order something over the phone and wait for it to come in, but it is worth the wait. At least I did not have to drive all the way to the store just to place my order. Love my Rizvi's Home Hardware store and the staff. Thanks guys.
