Not sure why people are saying terrible slow service I had a great customer service experience! This is my 1st time to this location. I ordered a Grande Latte. The service was very good and staff was friendly and I received the Latte in less than 3 min and it was made perfectly. Will comeback here. Amazing location!!!

I stopped in for the cutest mani/pedi! The artist was super friendly and the polish lasted for a long time. I noticed a few weeks later, that they offer online booking of their services on BMC! Wish I had known that before I booked!

I called on short notice to have 3 grab bars installed in my Mothers bathroom. The person who took my order, Marrita, was very understanding and accommodating. She said she would try to arrange the installation for the following week. The person to whom I spoke about the installation date was also very helpful, and the man who did installation (Wylie) was skillful and friendly. Only 2 bars were needed and Marrita cheerfully and efficiently processed a refund on the phone. Highly recommend them!

I recently had a diamond ring made at Classic Creations from 2 older settings that is really beautiful and unique. Marnie was so professional and helpful in creating several design options for me to choose from using the available stones. I highly recommend CC to anyone considering a design/redesign of a ring or purchase of a special piece of jewelry. They have an excellent selection and the staff make you feel very comfortable - no pressure - just excellent service.

First time ordering a disposal bin as we were going through a kitchen reno and the whole process went very smoothly. Great service from the first call to the delivery and pickup, everything was conducted in a timely manor. Very professional, friendly staff takes the time to explain the process. On May 22, 2018 afternoon, I received outstanding customer service from Jay at Staples Canada at 1980 Eglinton Ave. E., Scarborough in purchasing my favourite unlocked mobile phone. I was in a hurry to buy a mobile phone for use at a conference on May 23. Jay helped me to set up my new mobile phone efficiently and accurately. He responded well to all my questions. I found him to be professional, knowledgeable and polite with great problem-solving and time-management skills. Highly recommended.
