A review comprises of the overall shopping and customer service experience. I must applaud the team working at NO Frills (Harvard Road, Guelph) on Tuesday evening 29 December 2020 for assisting me in restarting my car in the bitter cold of -10 C. My car battery refused to work and I asked for help from the customer service. In no time a team of young employees got together and helped to resolve the difficult situation ensuring my safe return home. Thankyou one and all you were all amazing.

I was there to pick up some Coke Zero but non was on display. I asked Laura who was stocking the cheese freezer and not only did she go in the back and get me one but when I said I would like 6 she went and dug them out of a skid. They were on the bottom so she had to move a large number of others that were on top. Now that is going the extra mile and she deserves a big Thank You from me and a gold star from Scott. Always shop there. Clean and very helpful staff.

Love this store. Great layout, staff friendly approachable and very helpful. Treated like a friend every time, love it. Store clean, always, but they have seemed to go above and beyond during covid, and have continued to keep up this standard, where other stores are cutting corners! Wish they had more in the first aid range, but they dont have a pharmacy, so not the end of the world. Keep up the good work sobeys and staff, you are by far the best in the area.

Friendly,customer-oriented staff who go out of their way to help the customers;equally impressed with the Manager who listens and acts upon customer complaints/suggestions.Thoroughly enjoy the Neptune Salad,its to die for :-)
