Plan A construction has assisted our large non-profit organization on more than one renovation project. They are simply excellent at what they do. They are on time, keep work spaces clean, work around our business schedule and perform all of this within a conservative budget. I went here the other day for my sons birthday. They had a awesome selection of balloons and party supplies. I got latex and foil balloons that were bundled very nicely. The owner said he puts a special solution that keeps the balloons good for 2 weeks! They even deliver! and its cheap!

They are very professional, on time, efficient and thourough. I have to say out of all the companies I asked for estimates from they not only got it to me quick, but were within my budget. They helped by showing me what I can do to cut costs, and made suggestions based on what my plans were that just made more sense. I highly recommend them! They may seem young to you but the experience and skill speak for themself.

We used Special Event Rentals for a backyard Graduation Party. Even though we were a “small” client, they treated us well, had good recommendations, all the equipment arrived on time and in great condition. The staff was kind and courteous, and the set up, and take down was quick and smooth. I have used them in the past for large events and will use them again. I certainly recommend them for any sized event.

Last month Sid and his crew replaced a faulty French drain. The old drain was not draining and was constantly getting plugged.
Sid did an initial assessment, discussed the different drain options, fabric options, and how it would be done. A week later they were on site going at it.
Sid and the crew kept me informed along the way. They left no surface damage, respected the neighbour’s property and put up safety tape and markers overnight.

They installed my new engineered floors and tiled my bathroom. Their quality is incredible, even if you look carefully and try to be really picky. There is nothing more to say without that they are incredible. I had about 800 square feet of floor to install. They also installed the baseboard and moulding and everything was seemless and caulked at the perfection ! They even painted them with a high quality melamine paint. I never been as happy as that to deal with a contractor. It's without talking about their excellent service, it's easy to see that they care! They installed my engineered wood in the basement the right way with vapor barrier and everything else. I truly recommend them to anybody :D
