I can’t say enough positive things about Duke’s. I purchased goalie pads from there. The pads were giving me issues. I called and the staff were really friendly and understanding. They told me to come in and they fixed the issue immediately! I would highly recommend them if you are thinking about anything hockey!!!!!

Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.

I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.
