Vivian’s successful business model operates on an appt only basis as noted on website- so attention focused on client. I completely understand need for entrance to be secured to ensure the customer’s confidentiality & safety of anyone in the shop. Both measures allow for a safe, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Bought a 2019 Ram 1500. I found them very easy to deal with with no pressure! With out even asking they gave me a really good deal which also included a 2 year warranty with Lubrico. After owning the truck I had a small leak in Radiator. With no questions asked they had it repaired. They also had the A/C topped up without even asking. I highly recommend Coast Way Auto to anyone who is looking for a reliable car at a reasonable price.
