Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent. The cost was certainly reasonable as well. I cannot say enough in favour of these guys.

I highly recommend this mechanic! Honest, polite, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident in the work being done. It’s refreshing to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. Exceptional service—I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else!
