Used Helping Hands for assisted transportation.
The driver was terrific. He was very confident, reassuring, polite.
The vehicle was great as well. The passenger is able to sit up front, viewing where they are travelling. This is a welcome change from traditional vans.
We will use Helping Hands in the future for sure.

Home Instead provided 6 weeks of 24 hour, in hospital care for our 86 year old father. The support workers were knowledgeable,compassionate and professional. We could not have asked for better care.

Well let me tell ya it was my home for 13 years and I liked it .the staff and owner were very professional and caring to your needs you had no worries everything was done for you you had your privacy something that is impossible to have anymore and it was peacefull and relaxing you had the world by the are you were living in kingsview

It’s a hard decision when placing a loved one in LTC facility. Main St Terrace is an old building, but what they lack in aesthetics they make up for with incredible staff. . I am astounded as to how well my mom is doing there. She’s happy, benefits from the interaction, she’s safe. With my mom’s dementia there is no way I could provide the same level of care, meals, hygiene, nursing, dr visits, physiotherapist, sensory games, outings, health, safety & security. My mom is hzppy & doing well
