I have had service calls and repairs from this company three times in the last 5 years, and none were warranty work, my dryer was actually 12 years old. I have had prompt, polite and thorough service men, and good advice from each of them. I feel I can trust them as they explain the problem, and the pros and cons of a repair vs replacement. I highly recommend this company.
And my 13 year old dryer still works perfectly!

I own a nice car(Jaguar) that needed some paint repair...front and back. I felt that the attention to detail and the quality of repair was superior to my experience with other body shops in Chilliwack...Steve was particularly attentive and I appreciated him inviting me to have a look at the job mid way through... the car was returned to me looking great and nicely detailed... couldnt be more pleased and have no hesitation in recommending there work.

Ten years ago we needed body work and painting. We were extremely satisfied with the work then. Last week we had someone hit the back end of the same vehicle. Hit us so hard left the imprint of the licence plate complete with the Honda licence frame. Our car needed a new bumper and some of the parts holding the bumper on. We discovered this great business right after moving here 7 years ago. We have had a truck and a car that have needed oil changes and servicing over the years. Prompt, efficient and HONEST are highlights!
Today I picked up the truck due to an unusual noise in the front end. Could have been anything. Don, the owner explained that when they had it on the hoist, they found a loose bolt that they tightened. No charge! That kind of trustworthy service is pure gold!

Kevin, who we dealt with today, was the best TELUS representative we have ever had!! He was totally knowledgeable, helpful and efficient, assisting us with a process in which we had several attempts at various stores in B.C. and Alberta. If i could give him a higher rating than what is available here I would!! He gave us advice and smoothly assisted us in the process, and even suggested further bundle deals to save us money.
