The staff are very friendly, the mechanics will explain what repairs were done and they get the job done on the date of the appointment. We always recommend West End Rad to our friends because of the good service.

This is the first maid service I have used so I can't compare experiences; but I do know what clean is. They come on the day that that I pre-book them, do a great job, quickly, with thought and respect. I come home and it smells clean, not like chemicals (they bring their own products).
I now book (and pay) 6 months at a time. They give an honest assessment of how often they need to come, I don't feel taken advantage of.
In the end, I would suggest them to anyone!
