The customer service I must say is quite exceptional. Sam’s quality of service convinced me to switch over to Chatr. We remodelled our Kitchen and from the time I met with Louise Smith, Head kitchen designer I felt very confident that our Kitchen would be spectacular and it was.
She took care of every detail and had many ideas to help us maximize our kitchen space. The quality was fantastic and we are very please and have recommended CR Tech to many of our friends and family.
They have also been very happy with their products.
CR Tech had a wonderful group of skilled and knowledgeable technicians who are all at your disposal. Our kitchen installer Joe was a master craftsman and we loved the finished product.

We had drainage issues yesterday morning . I called them at 10:15 and they were there by 11:30 to pump out our septic tank and also clear the pipe from the house that was full of grease . excellent service

Alex is very honest, reliable, and has YOUR best interest in mind!
He couldnt help me, because the part needed was out of stock... but he did something even better. He alerted me to the fact that Apple was issuing a recall on this particular issue, and helped me get it done for free through Apple. There was no reason for him to do this - he made no money on it. And I was so, so thankful for that. He is a great guy - and I have sent many people there after who were very satisfied!!!

Dr. Issa treated my Wife, Daugther and myself on a number of occasions and we are thoroughly convinced that He will be our Dentist for as long as he will allow us.
He explained each procedure before hand and while sitting in the chair continually checked my comfort level or if i was experiencing any pain. I usually feel pain when getting needles, but didn't even know when Dr. Issa had frozen my mouth. He tricked me !
My Implant has been a great source of relief and has felt like my own tooth since it was completed.

Deborah is an awesome person and a fantastic lawyer. I have known her for almost 40 years and she is the best lawyer ever. She has helped me through my divorce and of course when you have children has helped me there to. She has even helped one of my sons with his issues due to have children and splitting up. She is kind and has a heart of gold and really understands when a person is going through the roughest time in their lives.

My 2011 MacBook Pro wouldn't close and saw that the trackpad was lifted. I called and informed Alan of the issue. He knew right away what the problem was.
When he looked into my computer, Alan realized it was pretty much toast. As soon as I got a new MacBook, he went above and beyond recovering my old data from my old mac to the new one within a couple of hours.
I am extremely happy with his service and expertise.
I highly recommend him to anyone! Thank you so much, Alan!

Had our 1 year old computer restored. All data recovered, including 20 years' worth of pictures. Service was fast and passed on some good advice to us. I would recommend them for sure. Brigitte
