I just picked up my first ever carbon frame road bike from BSP in North Vancouver. Not only am I wonderfully impressed with the bike (a Trek Domane) but I am ridiculously impressed by the quality of the customer care I received from the moment I walked in the door.
The techie that took care of me the most (Simon) was warm, encouraging, supportive, very knowledgable - and relentlessly asked questions to make sure we found the right bike for me. From the earliest visits - right through to test riding the shortlisted models, I could not have asked for better client care.
On buying a computer and some other bits and bobs, James (store manager) was again, utterly obsessive about making sure I got the kit that was best suited for the type of riding I was planning to do. With the help I received from the other fellows in the store, I can give five big, yellow, shiny stars to BSP in North Van. If I could, I'd give them six - and I would say I am typically a very fussy customer.

This move was our second time using Beacon Movers. I was super pleased with the service yet again. The movers were friendly, professional, efficient, and clearly knew how to move some antique furniture. It also wasn't terribly expensive, so I would definitely use this moving company again, though hopefully I don't have to move again anytime soon. Thanks so much for everything!

Great value - Great Food - Great Service
We went to Cravings for Valentine's and it was simply one of the best dinners we have had in Vancouver. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. They had a great selection of 4 starters and a selection of 4 entrees. We had the " best of both worlds" - an awesome combo of seafood, chicken and steak. The tiger prawns were huge and grilled to perfection. The double bittersweet chocolate cake for dessert was outstanding in both presentation and taste. Great selection of wines - reasonable prices and a very quiet setting. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Whether receiving reflexology or massage treatments or a combination of both, I appreciate Anne's holistic approach to health and her ability to intuitively know what treatment I need. The addition of reflexology to her service has been benificial for me as I feel that my whole body has been balanced and I am reminded of what I need to do to help myself maintain that balance. Massage used to be a painful experience for me and now it is relaxing and nourishing.

We hired Coastal Pest Management when we thought we had rats; we have a dog and a cat and were concerned for their safety; we were able to get our first appointment was the next day; we had two weekly follow-ups. The problem was fixed quickly and in a way so our pets were not in danger. We would certainly recommend Coastal Pest Management for quick and friendly service at fair price.

We first used Campbell Plumbing and Heating's services when we lived in South Delta. Their professional and prompt service always impressed us and their prices were always on estimate and consistent with what we expected to pay for each job. They helped us so well that when we moved to Vancouver we took them a long as our plumber and we couldn't be happier. Imagine waking up and being able to read the time on your alarm clock without having to put your glasses on! Imagine going for a run and not having push your glasses back up your sweaty nose! Imagine going for a swim and being able to see the faces of those around clearly! These are things I can do now because I had laser corrective surgery at Coal Harbour Eye Centre. The staff are professional, friendly and full of knowledge. The whole experience was comfortable and rewarding. I would do it again in an instant!

Dr. D. Warren a neurosurgeon, performed a thoracic decompression on me and I woke up with absolutely no pain. Having been in severe pain for more than a year I was never more happy in my life. When Dr. Warren came to visit me the following day I called him Dr. Miracle and in fact God had performed a miracle through the doctor.
