I'm taking the time to write this because I think excellent service and business practices should be acknowledged. I purchased a mattress on sale at this location and I absolutely cannot fault any aspect of the whole transaction, beginning and ending with the salesperson, Patience. She went out of her way including on her days off to assist us and follow up the purchase, and the whole organization seems to be well-run in terms of how sales are handled and followed up. Very impressed.

We recently purchased a washer and dryer set through the Brick in Medicine Hat. Our sales rep, Jaymee, was very knowledgeable and guided us to find the perfect set with all the features we require for our family and pets. I 100% recommend contacting Jaymee about you next purchase, we saved over $1000 compared to what was listed online, and she was able to expedite the shipping time as well, even though we don't live in Medicine Hat. We couldn't be happier and will use Jaymee for all purchases!

The Brick in Castlegar is an amazing store for the Kootenays it has all the same furniture as the big city stores do. Many new styles I had never seen before, post modern styles are pretty cool. Great staff never pushy. Had a great delivery of my genuine leather sectional.

We showed up late in the day on a Saturday and we were greeted by Jean-Pierre. He inquired about the purpose of our visit and began to show us the models of washing machines we wanted to see. He was very nice and not pushy at all. I ended up purchasing the items I had set forth to buy and for once, I was feeling awesome about how I had been treated as a customer. Thanks again JP!!! Everytime I go to the Brick I get excellent service. I had to buy a mattress for myself. I am very pleased with the product. Because they didn't tell me about the mattress and bed pick up for 40$, they came today and picked it up for free. Also, they took my old oven for 20$ even though I bought the new one from Leon's and not them. Leon's charges 30$. If you go to the Brick ask for Wanda or Gary. I get very good service from them. They are honest and not at all pushy.
