What a pleasure to deal with. The installation crew arrived right on time. Both Brian and Johnny were polite and professional, and discussed all aspects of the installation before starting. They had good suggestions regarding the location of downspouts. Once confirmed they completed the installation quickly and efficiently. Their workmanship and cleanup was excellent. Sid explained clearly the many options that he could make available to us. He gave us a written estimate of three options based on a 30, 40 and 50 year warrantee and outlined the benefits of each. He arrived to do the work at the time he promised and he completed the work on time. The team did quality work, and cleaned up right down to using a magnet to pick up nails. Sid did a quality job for a fair price, and his work demonstrates his commitment to professionalism, honesty and fairness.
