I’ve needed both a Macbook year 2022 screen replacement and iPhone 14 camera repair, both of which BC Gadgets Device Repair has serviced with great care. I was referred to them by neighbors, and emailed to inquire about my first repair. They were communicative and included all relevant info in our emails, so I felt informed and confident when coming in. They’ve always been quick and so courteous. I contacted Kavi after the Apple Store diagnosed my phone needed a new battery. Apple was set to charge me $100 + tax to change my battery. And it was supposed to take almost 2 hours. Kavi came to my house, replaced the battery in 30 min and I was on my way. 3 months later, everything is still working beautifully. Excellent service. Friendly guy. Totally professional.

I took my Mom's walker there today to get a screw and connector cap nut missing from the brakes. Nick was awesome and within 10 minutes was able to find an alternative and even gave me a spare one in case she loses another one. Thank you Nick for your help it was much appreciated.
