Products/styling tools available on request but never strongly promoted to clients (as I have experienced at other salons where the stylist/staff insists their products are the 'only' ones suitable for my needs). In case you are wondering, the answer is 'no', I am not related to anyone at Appearances! I am just one of the many very satisfied clients.

I made big mistake and had gone to a different cheap salon (I will not name them here) who fried and ruined my hair.
Sumans hands work like magic and fixed all of that at Hair and Beauty Plus; she fixed my hair cut, gave me a nourishing hair treatment and colour which shined. This took a long time but Suman had so much patience and was happy to help.
This is what a salon expert and customer service should look like! I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Suman!
