CJ and Jack were great! They were able to come by within a day's notice and were knowledgeable and great to work with! The took care of warranty work for my Sta-Rite pool heater and followed up with customer service that was above and beyond what I would have expected. Highly recommended for you pool servicing needs! Recently ordered a custom birthday cake on short notice (less than a week). Ive contacted a bunch of bakeries around town and they would only take the order with a ridiculous surcharge. After I explained my circumstance, Cakeology actually came up with a solution for me so that I can still have my custom cake in time. They were very accommodating and helped me make this cake happen. On top of their excellent service, the cake tasted amazing. Definitely one-of-a-kind. Highly recommended!
