Out of town client in need of (Emergency service) Clinic staff was fast friendly and thurough. Called for an emergency appointment at 8:00 a.m. was told we can come straight in. Our little "Mira" was imediately assessed received emergency surgury and was ready for pickup by 3:00 pm. The staff went beyond our expectations. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Would definately become your clients permanently should we move back to the area.

I purchased the ADL Spa hydrotherapy tub from Aquassure Accessible Baths Kelowna in 2012 in order to treat my advanced osteoarthritis. I use it with Epsom salts as soon as I feel any joint pain or muscle tightness and have experienced very positive results. The adjustable massaging jets can be aimed directly over the painful area, and sliding smoothly in and out without any awkward bending and stretching is also a 'joint-saver.' The installation was straightforward and went without a hitch. My new tub is a very reliable and attractive addition to my bathroom. I now can perform my own hydrotherapy WITHOUT LEAVING MY HOME! By far the most thorough, best eye examination I've ever had. Dr. Zack took all the necessary time to ensure the prescription for my reading glasses was perfect and it is... my near vision hasn't been this good since my early 20's. The whole team is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend this clinic...!!

The clinic is beautiful and very clean! I appreciated the direct billing insurance but the main reason I recommend them is because of Dr. Chin. I always get the sense that hes looking out for my best interest and very genuine!
Oh and even though its downtown there is free parking. I almost got confused the first time i was there. You park on the south side of the building and they validate when you go in.
