Both the Customer Care Rep, Melissa, and the Audiologist, Lindsey, were welcoming and friendly. I could not get my ears tested on my first visit because of impacted wax. They advised me on what to do before getting my ears flushed at a local clinic, and patiently rebooked my appointment. Eventually, I was able to get the tests done and earned 150 AirMiles, too. Each time I was there, I was treated like a valued client. I would definitely recommend NexGen Hearing!

KUDOS to Kathy in Victoria at 1-888-472-222 with whom I spoke today (January 4, 2021 just before noon). She is so helpful and efficient, made suggestions and arranged for us to add cell phone service (sim cards on their way). She helped us to get the best price for our bundle (Internet, computer, TV and landline)and is personable and kind even though I explained we are technopeasants, both of us (husband and wife) in our 70s! I came to Micron after a few bad experiences at other clinics and was instantly struck by their authentic, informal and friendly approach. I suffer from trichotillomania. Rafay was extremely empathetic and helped allay my many fears. They were reassuring and really experienced. I felt like the guys truly cared about me, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and gave me the best experience. For any other TTM sufferers out there considering it, give them a shot.

Booked an appointment with Chane during Covid times but the salon was very clean, well prepared and I felt totally safe. Chane did an amazing job on my cut and style and I highly recommend her to everyone. She is friendly, professional, and always gives me exactly what I ask her for.
