Having recently moved to the area and need of a new 4 wheel drive Yukon, I was pleasantly surprised that the folks at Eagle Ridge GMC were able to fix me up with a Yukon XL for a little bit less than what I had expected to pay for the the Yukon.
The sales staff was both thorough and friendly.
I must mention that I truly dread the experience of buying a new car. However, this time was a real pleasure. I got more than I expected.

I've had 40+ cars and have only gone to dealerships a few times. I happened to drive by Whitehall Auto sales and I'm glad I did. Bob is amazing. I bought a pick up truck three days ago and I'm very happy with the whole process. Bob is great to deal with and showed me all I need to on the truck. Has a tent to switch cars often I'll likely be back. This will be my first stop on hunting for a used vehicle

I had a great experience with this dealership. They made sure I was well taken care of, helping me test drive the vehicle, as I didn't know the area, and providing me with guidance, as it was my first BC car to register, and first dealership buying experience. Had my 1996 ford E350 into ford hallmark for brake repair and front end repairs twice,wasn't satisfied with the work, they were putting a dangerous vehicle back on the road.At fountain tire Derek took me into the garage,showed everything taken apart, plugged port, seized caliber, wrong bushing installed on front end.
After I got my truck back the brakes didn't squeak any more,brakes were working better then ever and good improvement over front end drive. Very happy.

A veritable cornucopia of eclectic items are sold here. Although they have their basic. stock merchandise, it’s the unusual stuff they bring in from wherever that sparks my interest here. I noticed in the previous comments that there were complaints about staff’s knowledge on the products but given that much of the stock can vary, it’s almost impossible for anyone to know everything. I go and browse the aisles and often scratching my head wondering at the purpose of this or that product...

1-Stop shop for all of your auto needs! Great service shop and sales floor. These guys can get you set up with a new or pre-owned car with good, bad or no credit. If they don't have a car that you want, just tell them what you're after and they will get you set up!
