Everyone I've interacted with at Woodfield Auto has been really trustworthy, friendly, and honest. I always leave with the sense that they genuinely care about the cars they work on (and the customers who drive them!), rather than the manipulative nickel-and-diming I've experienced at bigger auto service chains. This business was most kind to me. On Saturday last, my tire blew out on the highway and I drove to the service door a few minutes before they were scheduled to close for the day. The service reps took my car in immediately and determined the problem. They got me back on the road with my spare tire in place and refused any payment. I was amazed! I am from a small town 2 hours away and needed the help and they refused any compensation. MacFarlane GMC is my hero! Thank you!
