I changed 3 dentists before found Dr. Lo (wasn't satisfied with their service). It might be strange to hear, but I look forward to each visit to this dental office - ot's how pleasant it is. Stuff is very friendly and doctors are very gentle and professional - they explain you everything that need to be done, don't push any services; do really great job - I go there more than 15 years already and only now something needs to be redone (with previous dentists I had fillings lost in a year).

After the recent transition of the business to the new owners, I was not expecting to receive such an amazing service! They have explained in detail what the problem with my vehicle was and quoted me the exact repairs my car needed. They are awesome!

I want to thank Emil F. specifically for his excellent service. The mattress set I purchased Black Friday proved defective, and went I attended the store and met Emil (not my original salesperson) his first words were that he would take care of everything, and he did. Emil was friendly, efficient and reassuring, explained my options and made recommendations, and it was most appreciated. Emil is an excellent ambassador for the Brick Park Royal.

A gentleman from Spectrum Security came to do a check to make sure security measures were in place for us for safety reasons. Toner drawer stuck and no idea how to fix. Called Stephen @ ABTech and sent him some pics and he knew exactly what it was, told me what to do and it worked! Saved me a lot of time and money and having to trek out in the snow. Really appreciate his effort to help me when he did not have to.
