We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed.

Excellent customer service by Chris at this Best Buy location! He went above and beyond to help us with a phone issue. Due to his amazing customer service, I would highly recommend this Best Buy to anyone! Thank you so much Chris!

I really like this location. But there needs to be more movies. Not just the latest releases. But like the older stuff. And I’m not talking about bargain bin DVDs. Like. 2017-2018 stuff. Would be nice. They shifted focus to just new releases. And the super old stuff from like 1995-2006 etc. So. It’s so hard to find good movies you haven’t watched because they don’t stock them in stores. Mostly now focus on appliances and home systems. Which is sad as there isn’t a whole lot of places to get DVDs

Very good staff in Gary and Ria.Bought all my furniture from the Richmond store at a very reasonable price.Delivery was prompt except for Ashley product which took longer to arrive from California. Delivery guys were super helpful with assembling and setting up in the right places.Definetly sending my friends to this store.

I recent took my truck here and they gave honest advice that wasn't in their best financial interest. They showed me the areas of concern, while the truck was on the hoist. We recently used LaPorte when moving from one home to another. The service was excellent - we used their packers for china, crystal, etc and everything arrived at our new home in perfect condition. And the moving team were outstanding - Chad and his team were the best. They had a good sense of humor, which really helps during the stressful time of moving, but at the same time were professional and efficient. Great job all around.
