I needed a family practice that could offer me one stop shopping. This practice has ortho, my usual dentist and great hygienists. I can bring my kids for their ortho apmts and have our needs taken care of at the same location. They explained what I needed and helped me understand my insurance benefits better.

I have been seeing Dr. Kim for over 2 years. I have been a very difficult patient (switching from invisalign to braces due to lack of personal discipline). Dr. Kim was always patient, fair and honest. He went the extra mile to make sure I have a smile to be proud of. The staff was always well-mannered and organized. I have done iLipo at other clinics, and this is the best so far. If you're looking for luxury, this isn't the place, but if you're looking to be treated well and get superior service, this is a place to try. I got TWICE the amount of laser treatment here than other clinics in the area. One place put 2 lasers on one area, and 2 laser on another, for a total of 20 minutes. At Healthy Living Solutions you get all 4 lasers on each area for 20 minutes. More bang for your buck! I was always treated professionally and friendly. She is very fair, and will extend deals and dates to accommodate.

I finally reached Leon's about an issue I had with getting through to their store and from the reviews I have read I am not the only one. I explained to an amazing young lady what was happening and she assured me she would let the manager know. Took my parents computer to the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton and the technician - Andrew was extremely helpful and downloaded a new internet browser which solved the problem on the computer. Andrew was very helpful, understanding and very efficient at fixing the problem. My parents are grateful that he fixed their computer at the same time I walked into the store and for no charge. I will definitely recommend this store to everyone. Thank you Andrew!
