Had a computer problem , it was slow . Took forever to start up and to shut down .. If there was an update .. a day .. Took it in and gave it to Meso .. Had it back in less than 24 hours . The price was reasonable .. Thanks Meso .... Gerr.

Laptop stopped working when I needed it most. Brought it in thinking the worst, they managed to get everything off the hard drive despite it being a write off and set me up with a great laptop, made sure the new laptop was protected and ready to go. They went above and beyond, staying a few minutes after close just to make sure I was set. Amazing customer service, got me taken care of in a few hours instead of days! Cannot recommend enough, you will not get this level of service from box stores!

These guys know what their doing , I have needed their help on several occasions . If there is a way to fix it without costing an arm or a leg give these Guys a call, as for questions ask away they are very helpful.
