I went to Downtown Digital because my ipod classic headphone jack was broken. Apple no longer makes these products anymore and no longer services them, This was sad news to me because I depend on my ipod for holding all my music where I go, something I really value. When my dad had a stroke and my mother was not able to live alone I reached out to Home Instead from my home in Florida and they had 24/7 care in place for my mother by 8:30pm that evening (and it was a holiday weekend). Such peace of mind until I could get there to care for my mother and support my fathers recovery. So appreciative of the kind services of the caregivers.
