Very professional, easy to work with and everything is upfront (work to be done and pricing) and they don't force you to do any work as other companies. In fact I was told I could grab 2nd opinion for some plumbing work I was looking to get done, but in the end I did not bother and went with this company. To be quite honest, never could have been any happier. The prices are pretty reasonable for a flat rate company as the price includes warranty costs, gas/truck charges, material, labor.. ect

There is a good reason that there is a "MISTER" in front of his name : he is no ordinary plumber ! Prompt, polite, professional ... I could say that he is also pretty, but that doesn't matter - even though he wears his pants properly ! My toilet was clogged ... I called MISTER PLUMBER late in the evening on Saturday ... he came right away with a fair and reasonable price, quickly solving the problem, and leaving without leaving behind a mess : now MISTER, that's a PLUMBER !

Nothing but the BEST!!! Crew were stellar, friendly and took the time to evaluate all my hood ductwork and fans to ensure every surface within it would be clean and meet or I’d say exceeds Ontario standards. Ever so thoughtful to cover all my items in the kitchen prior to starting and mopped the entire floor, out kitchen never looked so good.

Andriy and His team are working in my house right now. I am waterproofing my house and so far I am so happy with their work and Service. Very Clean, professional, and a reasonable price compare to other companies and they know what they are exactly doing. I have done a lot of research about waterproofing and how its done, they are doing a great job so far. Will send an update once the job is completed, and after few rains. These guys were a Godsend. When nobody else would take on my extra long dryer vent, these folks did a wonderful job. They showed up on time with the right equipment, did very good work cleaning a problematic duct, and even did additional repairs to improve the venting system at no additional cost like addition a vent cover and replacing tubing. Their prices were a bargain. Thanks guys for being a breath of fresh air in such a difficult industry. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

Mom and I have been very happy with the PSWs (Eva and Carrie) assigned to help Mom. Eva is with Mom Monday through Saturday and helps Mom with whatever is needed. She is always smiling. Carrie is with Mom on Sundays and is equally wonderful helping Mom. At this time Mom is 101 years young and loves having these girls with her.
