Used their services for a small printing work for the first time yesterday. The phone quote was competitive. I could upload the word file easily on their website after hours. Email confirmation with order number was almost instant. I received job complete and ready for pick up email early morning today 4 hours before promised time. He is constantly available to for last minute orders and is always honest and ready to help. The customer service was incredible. I went at peak time and the 2 people present at the time (a boy and a girl) tackled the rush enthusiastically. Many customers commented on their ability to help multiple people at once.
