I had a short opportunity to work with them delivering appliances and because of some physical limitations was unable to stay on. I can say this. I have NEVER met more genuinely decent and honest people. These folks have been in business for 40 years and I can see why. They deserve your business. Glen is one of the most sincere individuals I have ever met in my life, and it takes very little time to learn that he genuinely cares about his clients and puts in the extra effort to ensure his client is happy. I was very impressed by the last service call. I have been using Omer Refrigeration & Heating for several years and was always satisfied. The last service call was about the furnace that needed to be replaced on a Saturday afternoon. Omer was outstanding at negotiating to get a furnace with the supplier that was closing in two minutes. Omer got the furnace, they worked until 900 p.m. to complete the installation. That is customer service! at it's best!

Robert & Ryan are excellent to deal with, they recently helped me replace my ancient washer & dryer where the removal and installation was difficult due to narrow space.
Unlike big box stores, they sell you the product, they install it, they service it, and they haul your old equipment away without leaving a spec of dirt in your house.
As far as price is concerned they easily beat the big box options, and don't sell you X brand because it offers a better commission than Y brand.

I recently purchased a used washer and dryer from RHD Appliance. I love the appliance and I was really impressed with the friendly and helpful customer service. The price was right too. They I plan on buying coin operated washer and dryer next month. You can't go wrong.
