I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I bought a bike at the Oakville location in the fall and recently had some issues with the bottom bracket (6mo later). They fixed it under warranty with no issues whatsoever. My experience with their customer service was great. Thanks James!

I stopped in for the cutest mani/pedi! The artist was super friendly and the polish lasted for a long time. I noticed a few weeks later, that they offer online booking of their services on BMC! Wish I had known that before I booked!
