Best mechanic in the city! Only place we'll take our cars. Replaced our brakes that started to squeak a few days later. This team replaced it, for free, and were quick about it. Nabi (who runs the shop) is kind, helpful and friendly. They are trustworthy, reliable, reasonably priced, never try to take advantage of people. As a result, they are busy .. but do their best to fit clients in. A tow truck driver suggested this shop and he was right. Five-year customer.

Washed up at Lou's after the alternator on my truck failed EB on the 401. Carlos and Tony could not have done more. Clearly they were already fully booked, but in order to get me back on the road to Ottawa as quickly as possibl they went over and above. Courteous and competent. The cost was certainly reasonable as well. I cannot say enough in favour of these guys.
