I've used Direct Drive several times and every time have had prompt, efficient service which solves any problems my car has had. The location is convenient and a pretty easy walk to the shopping at Ironwood. The shop is tidy and well organized. All in all a great experience.

My wife and I contacted your company to move from Duncan to Lake Cowichan. They arrived on time. The crew consisted of John, Travis and Brandon. Having had experience myself in the moving industry, I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, and the speed with which they completed the move. Rob & his Team are gone !! 7-Eleven has purchased the site and the Service Bays are CLOSED --- There is NO Full Service like in the old days --- The Air Pump was FREE, but has been replaced with a Coin Operated unit. -- No Under Hood Oil checks !! --- Many, Many UNHAPPY customers
